2、Communicate
Communicate with us via Whatsapp, Telegram, or Email. We will give you some suggestions and help you find the right product. Please click the icon right to enter the communication page.
3、Identify your product
Based on the communication with you, we will determine the product you need and reach a final agreement with you, including product details, price and other specific terms.
But please note that once the product is confirmed and production begins, you cannot change it. Because this will bring great trouble and economic losses to our work. Therefore, before confirming the product, you must consider it carefully and feel free to ask us if you have any questions.
4、Payment
After confirming your product, you need to pay us according to the agreed price. The payment method is on the custom product page. If the price of the custom jewelry is different from the existing products on our page, we will modify the price so that you pay the agreed price.
5、Production and delivery
After we confirm that we have received your payment, we will arrange production as soon as possible. The production time will take about 2-7 days depending on the difficulty of your customized jewelry. Please wait patiently. Once the production is completed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Once the jewelry is completed, we will ship it immediately. After the shipment is completed, we will send you the shipping number so that you can check it at the freight company at any time.
